Our Vision

Northern CX Works is a development-focused, cause-driven cyclocross racing team born of the belief that athletic endeavors and the individuals who passionately pursue them have an uncommon capacity to build community and engage audiences, and that this capacity should be used as a platform to engage in conversation about the issues impacting our communities.

Our Mission

The Save the BWCA Cycling Team presented by Northern CX Works has a dual mission:

First and foremost, to propel and amplify the message, reach and exposure of the Save the Boundary Waters Campaign through the voice, visibility and connectivity of aspiring and elite athletes pursuing their cycling goals. 

And second, to serve as a platform for aspiring and elite athletes to develop their racing careers, while simultaneously developing their voice and capacity to leverage their athletic endeavors for the greater good in their communities, serving as advocates and ambassadors for causes critical to our shared human experience.

We are racing to save our wild spaces.
